Job summary

GLIFS Construction is seeking a CAD Operator/3D Visualizer in Cavite to prepare and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD. You will produce photorealistic renderings and construction drawings, and coordinate with architects and engineers to maintain accuracy and deadlines.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Architecture and has 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Architecture.
• With at least 2 years work experience as CAD Operator, 3D Visualizer or related position.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender and others.
• Knowledgeable in architectural, engineering drawings and construction detailing standards.
• Able to work under pressure and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• A resident of Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise technical and as-built drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Produce detailed architectural, 3D rendering presentations to create photorealistic images, animations, or virtual tours and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of plans and layouts.
• Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
