Job summary

MALERA CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY is seeking a CAD Operator to draft plans, technical drawings, and blueprints for various projects in Valenzuela. You will interpret project briefs and coordinate with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure drawings meet specifications and regulations.

The role requires a Civil Technology graduate with at least 2 years of CAD experience, and a willingness to work in Marulas, Valenzuela City; familiarity with STP, Plumbing, or Fire protection systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Technology or related course.
• At least 2 years of experience as CAD Operator or related to STP/Plumbing/Fire protection systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Marulas, Valenzuela City.

Responsibilities

• Draft plan, technical drawings, and blueprints for different projects
• Keep up-to-date with CAD software
• Interpret project briefs and meet with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications
• Visit sites to gather information and determine limitations and feasibility of designs
• Ensure drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles
