Job summary

JCAP CONSTRUCTION is seeking a CAD Operator to support plumbing and sanitary drafting across Cebu, Metro Manila, and San Fernando Pampanga sites. The role requires 2–3 years of plumbing drafting experience and solid CAD software skills.

You will interpret briefs, prepare detailed drawings, and visit sites to gather data driving compliant designs. Responsibilities include updating drawings to reflect feedback, ensuring adherence to building standards, and communicating design issues to engineers

• Producing detailed drawings and blueprints from briefs.
• Visiting sites to gather information and assess feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed plumbing and sanitary drawings consistent with project briefs.
• Interpret client and engineer requirements and convert to technical drawings.
• Visit sites for measurement and information gathering to support design decisions.
• Update drawings as needed to reflect changes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify and communicate design issues to engineers and other stakeholders.

IN NEED OF CAD OPERATOR FOR CEBU, METRO MANILA AND SAN FERNANDO PAMPANGA SITES

Plumbing and Sanitary Scope

• Minimum 2-3 years of plumbing drafting experience required.
• Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers and architects to ensure all blue prints and technical drawings are completed to specification;
• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans and blueprints;
• Minimum 2-3 years of CAD software experience required.
• Visiting sites to gather information and determine limitations and feasibility of designs;
• Updating software drawings and other documents;
• Remaining professional when feedback is delivered and implementing any changes to draft as soon as possible;
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles;
• Communicating potential design issues to engineers;
• Conduct research when required;
• Willing to be transfer to rescue other sites when need arises
