Job summary

A3G Construction and Trading Corp. is seeking a CAD Drafter with 1-2 years of experience to join our on-site team. You will prepare shop drawings, read and interpret technical plans, and convert field data into CAD drawings.

Ideal candidates are graduates in Civil/Architectural/Electrical engineering, proficient in AutoCAD, and able to coordinate with engineers and contractors while meeting deadlines. Fresh graduates with strong CAD skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering/Technical courses.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting, construction, or engineering-related work.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.
• Strong knowledge of technical drafting principles and standards.
• Familiar with building codes, construction standards, and drafting requirements.
• Able to read, interpret, and analyze technical plans and drawings.
• Knowledgeable in Civil, Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Sanitary plans.
• Familiar with legends, symbols, dimensions, annotations, and construction details.
• Able to prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, revisions, and as-built plans.
• Can accurately convert site measurements and field data into CAD drawings.
• Willing to conduct site surveys, measurements, and site inspections.
• Able to coordinate with Engineers, Project Coordinators, contractors, and site personnel.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when necessary.
• Fresh graduates may be considered, provided they have strong CAD skills and relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, revisions, and as-built plans.
• Convert site measurements and field data into CAD drawings.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and inspections when required.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Coordinators, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with drafting standards and codes.
