Job summary

Credibuild Development Corp. is seeking a CAD Drafter to prepare, revise, and maintain accurate technical drawings for warehouse and laboratory projects.

The role collaborates with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure coordinated drawings, adherence to standards, and timely updates based on site measurements. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of CAD drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM tools such as SketchUp or Revit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other BIM software is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and engineering drawings.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings based on approved designs, engineering plans, specifications, and site measurements.
• Prepare and revise architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, and other construction drawings as required.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, details, layouts, schedules, and shop drawings.
• Update drawings based on site conditions, design revisions, RFIs, and approved changes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings based on actual site installation.
• Coordinate drawings among architectural, structural, MEPF, laboratory, and other disciplines.
• Check drawings for dimensions, labels, details, consistency, and drawing standards before submission.
• Maintain proper filing and revision control of drawings and technical documents.
• Conduct site measurements and verification when necessary.
• Coordinate with site engineers and construction personnel to resolve drawing-related issues.
