Job summary

CKI BUILDERS & ENGINEERING SERVICES is seeking a CADD Operator to prepare and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD/CADD software, produce shop and as-built drawings, and interpret plans and site measurements. The role requires coordination with engineers, architects, and site personnel to maintain accurate drawing files and ensure compliance with project standards.

The ideal candidate will have CADD/AutoCAD experience in construction, with proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit,

Qualifications

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related course.
• Relevant CADD/AutoCAD experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Civil 3D is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and drafting standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD/CADD software.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, layouts, and construction details.
• Interpret plans, specifications, sketches, and site measurements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site personnel.
• Maintain accurate drawing files, revisions, and documentation.
• Ensure drawings meet project and company standards.
