Job summary

BMG Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a skilled CAD Designer / Renderer in the Philippines to create professional product visualizations, CAD renders, and concept visuals for quotes, tenders, catalogues, and projects.

You will translate briefs into presentation-ready outputs and maintain a consistent product catalogue. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of CAD design or related experience, strong CAD/3D rendering proficiency, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals with attention to detail.

• Proficient in 3D modelling and rendering to produce presentation-ready visuals.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate file management.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CAD renders for visualization, quotations, tenders, cataloguing, and projects.
• Create visual concepts and presentation-ready renderings from briefs.
• Develop and maintain a catalogue of the existing product range.
• Support ad hoc projects and tender submissions as required.
• Interpret design briefs and translate requirements into visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and project needs.
• Organise and maintain CAD, rendering, product, and project files.
• Develop efficient workflows for rendering and cataloguing.
• Recommend CAD, rendering, and visualization software where appropriate.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer / Renderer to create professional product visualizations, CAD renders, and visual concepts for quoting, tenders, cataloguing, and project work. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD and rendering capabilities, a good eye for detail, and the ability to translate project briefs into accurate and presentation-ready visual outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CAD renders for product visualization, quotations, tenders, cataloguing, and project presentations
• Create visual concepts and presentation-ready renderings based on project briefs and requirements
• Develop and maintain a consistent catalogue of the company's existing product range
• Support ad hoc custom projects and tender submissions as required
• Interpret design briefs and translate requirements into accurate visual outputs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver work within agreed timelines
• Organise and maintain CAD, rendering, product, and project files
• Develop efficient workflows for rendering and product cataloguing
• Recommend suitable CAD, rendering, and visualization software where appropriate
• Identify opportunities to improve existing design and rendering processes

About you

• 2–5 years of experience in CAD design, 3D modelling, rendering, product visualization, or related field
• Strong experience using CAD and 3D rendering software
• Ability to produce high-quality, professional, and commercially suitable renders
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, visualization, materials, lighting, and presentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into clear visual outputs
• Highly organized with good file management and workflow discipline
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects or ad hoc requests
• Open to working across different CAD platforms and learning new software where required
