Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions seeks a CAD designer/engineer to develop designs using AutoCAD and Revit, creating erection drawings and detailed mechanical plans. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of drawings for manufacturing and warehouse applications.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Construction/Structural engineering background, reading blueprints, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
1–4 years of relevant engineering experience is an advantage.
General construction knowledge; ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical calculations.
Strong problem-solving, organizational and computer skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD with strong Revit knowledge.
Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Carry out design and drafting using AutoCAD and Revit; gather data to develop designs.
Create erection drawings for custom and standard projects.
Generate detailed mechanical drawings for manufacturing and warehouse use.
Enter equipment lists for projects and adjust as needed.
liaise with warehouse and management to troubleshoot assembly issues and review drawings with relevant personnel.
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
