Job summary

LHN Energy Resources Pte Ltd seeks a Solutions Architect (C&I Solar) to own the front end of our commercial & industrial solar opportunities, from site understanding to developing technically sound and costed solutions. You will work with clients, BD and EPC teams to assess feasibility, design preliminaries, and provide the technical backbone for proposals.

You will conduct feasibility studies, develop system designs, perform sizing analyses, and prepare BoQ/technical scopes to enable winning

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in solar PV design, C&I EPC, renewable energy solutions or technical pre-sales/solutions roles.
• Strong understanding of C&I rooftop solar PV systems and the ability to assess site and roof feasibility.
• Good knowledge of LV electrical systems, grid connection requirements and solar PV system components.
• Experience in project costing, BOQ preparation and ability to validate pricing.
• Proficiency in PV design and simulation software (PVsyst, Helioscope) and AutoCAD.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for C&I solar projects, evaluating roof area, loads, shading, and access.
• Engage with clients to understand energy requirements, tariffs, budgets, and financing models.
• Develop preliminary solar PV designs and inverter selection based on site conditions and load profiles.
• Perform energy yield and sizing analyses using PV design tools.
• Prepare project costing and BOQ covering equipment, BOS, mounting structures, and installation.
• Coordinate with LEW/QP and regulatory requirements for electrical designs and submissions.
• Support BD during tender submissions and client presentations.
