Job summary

Accorhotel in Makati seeks a dedicated Luxury Butler to provide flawless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring pristine suites and bespoke guest experiences.

You will coordinate with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office and operations to anticipate needs, coach the Butler team, and support ongoing training and performance improvement to uphold five-star standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.
