Job summary

Foreign Diplomatic Mission serves as principal deputy to the Residence Manager, ensuring the highest standard of service, hospitality, and household operations at the Chief of Mission Residence.

The role covers formal dining, staff leadership in the absence of the Residence Manager, and management of household software, inventories, and scheduling tools, with professional communication with VIPs and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in formal butler service, high-end hospitality, or diplomatic/private household service.
• Certification or training in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or household management preferred.
• English Level 4 (Advanced Professional Proficiency) required; must communicate fluently with Ambassador, household members, guests and staff.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with household management software, digital inventory systems, scheduling tools, and basic office applications.
