Job summary

LaCo is a Latin-inspired restaurant with a coastal twist, seeking a barback/FOH support role to assist front-of-house staff and keep service running smoothly. You will help with refills, clearing and resetting tables, and delivering food to guests.

We value hospitality focus, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Food safety knowledge is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be hospitality focused and solution-oriented.

• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist front-of-house staff and provide refills as needed.
• Clear and reset tables between courses.
• Deliver food to guests and assist servers.
• Maintain clean service areas and restock as needed.
• Greet guests and ensure guest requests are communicated.
