Moog Inc. is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead the Baguio-based BU operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and lean goals are met. You will drive capacity planning, budget alignment and cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality Assurance.
The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership to balance workloads, subcontracting decisions, and cost control, while aligning with Moog’s leadership behaviors.

Business Unit Manager
General Manager
Onsite – Baguio City, PH
Reporting to the Site Operations Director, the Business Unit Manager (BUM) is primarily responsible for the overall operations of the Business Unit. The BUM develops strategies to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and lean goals and objectives of the business unit. Leads the interdepartmental coordination, operations budget planning, capacity planning, personnel development, and personnel policy administration of the business unit.
Participate with the Business Unit Leadership Team to set strategies for each of the Business Units. Develop and execute operations and supply chain strategies to meet Business Unit needs. This requires the BUM to influence operations managers at various Moog sites as well as the Supply Chain organization to respond to the Business Unit’s needs. The BUM is the Business Unit’s advocate with these other groups. Develop and track progress against product costs and lead-time goals. The BUM will set annual expectations for cost and lead-time improvement. The BUM will also establish longer-term goals and plans, like a roadmap to meet the Business Unit strategy. The BUM will manage product delivery and cost performance from a tactical perspective. The BUM will monitor progress and intervene as appropriate to maintain performance. In this role, the BUM will need to drive activities with departments such as Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Program Management and Quality Assurance. The BUM is responsible to ensure that supply chain risk registers are maintained by program when appropriate.
