Job summary

Moog Controls Corp. in Baguio is seeking a Business Unit Manager to oversee the BU operations, drive strategies for safety, quality, delivery, and lean performance, and coordinate across Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering/technical or business and 10+ years in operations or project management, with strong lean/Six Sigma credentials and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Technical or Business degree with 10+ years in operations/production engineering or project/program management.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience required.
• Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategies with BU Leadership Team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and lean goals.
• Develop and execute operations and supply chain strategies to meet BU needs.
• Influence site operations managers and supply chain to support BU requirements.
• Advocate for BU needs with planning, supply chain, engineering, operations, PM, and QA.
• Monitor cost and lead-time performance; drive improvements and roadmaps.
• Balance shop capacity with subcontracting, make/buy decisions, and reschedule production.
