Job Title: Business Unit Head

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Up to PHP 120,000

Work Schedule & Setup: Onsite | Regular Working Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary:

The Business Unit Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall performance of the assigned business unit. This role drives strategic growth, ensures operational excellence, and oversees financial performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in business management, capable of aligning operational activities with organizational goals while maximizing profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute business unit strategies, annual plans, and budgets
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships to drive growth
• Ensure alignment of business unit objectives with the overall company strategy

2. Operations & Performance Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high‑quality service delivery
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and overall performance against targets
• Implement process improvements, policies, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness

3. Financial Management

• Manage the business unit’s profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure cost control and efficiency while maintaining high standards of operations
• Review financial reports regularly and implement corrective actions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry
• Strong background in business strategy, operations, and financial management
• Experience managing P&L and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
