Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands is seeking a Business Systems Intern to assist the IT team with NetSuite, WMS, and basic system support while gaining hands-on experience in automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Reporting to the IT Team Lead, you will participate in NetSuite training, help test AI workflows, and learn how NetSuite workflows support multiple departments across the business in a hybrid Pasig setup.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of business systems, databases, automation, or software development.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work a hybrid night-shift in Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Tier 1 NetSuite and WMS support and basic issue investigation.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including testing and documentation.
• Build foundational knowledge of Salesforce and other business apps.
• Help with testing, data validation, and project documentation.
