Pioneer Square Brands in Manila, Philippines, invites you to join our IT team as a Business Systems Intern on a hybrid schedule in Silver City, Pasig. You will support NetSuite, WMS, and automation initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience with our business systems.

Reporting to the IT Team Lead, you will assist with testing, documentation, and basic support tasks, learn SuiteScript concepts, and help gather business requirements for automation projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in CS/IT/AI/IS or related field.
• Basic understanding of business systems, databases, automation, or software development.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes.
• Willingness and ability to work on a hybrid night-shift schedule in Silver City, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tier 1 NetSuite and WMS support requests.
• Help investigate basic system issues, user access requests, and common system-related questions.
• Participate in structured weekly NetSuite training with the NetSuite Administrator.
• Learn how NetSuite is used across different departments and develop an understanding of key business processes.
• Assist with basic testing and troubleshooting of NetSuite workflows and customizations.
• Develop introductory knowledge of SuiteScript and how it supports NetSuite customizations.
• Support AI team in building, testing, and documenting simple automation workflows using Power Automate, Copilot, and other approved tools.
• Assist with testing AI and automation solutions to ensure they work as expected.
• Monitor assigned AI and automation workflows and help identify errors or issues for escalation.
• Document workflow configurations, test results, and basic troubleshooting steps.
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements for automation requests.
• Help evaluate potential opportunities where AI or automation could improve business processes.
• Build foundational knowledge of Salesforce and other business applications used across the organization.
• Assist with basic system, technical, and operational requests from internal users.
• Support the IT team with system testing, data validation, documentation, and other assigned projects.

Title: Business Systems Intern

About the role:

We are looking for a Business Systems Intern to join our IT team and gain hands‑on experience supporting business systems, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Reporting to the IT Team Lead, the intern will assist with day-to-day system and operational requests, provide basic support for NetSuite and WMS-related tickets, and support the testing and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across the business.

• Assist the IT team with Tier 1 NetSuite and WMS support requests.
