Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management
  • Identify and define business, functional, and interface requirements
  • Create and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, business requirements documents, and supporting documentation
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience
  • Support intake and evaluation of technology requests, enhancements, and operational initiatives
  • Assist in defining solution requirements, scope, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Validate business requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Manage straightforward requirement conflicts and elevate complex issues as appropriate
  • Partner with technical teams to communicate hardware, software, application, and infrastructure requirements
• Solution Delivery & System Support
  • Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and administration of business system applications
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and deployment readiness efforts
  • Work with technical teams to identify and resolve root causes of application issues
  • Analyze system performance, functionality, and user feedback to recommend enhancements
  • Research emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for organizational value
  • Ensure adherence to established change, incident, release, and problem management processes
  • Participate in on-call support activities when required
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders by providing guidance on system capabilities and functionality
  • Respond to customer inquiries and investigate issues related to application functionality, data integrity, and process execution
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and business impacts
  • Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to support adoption of new solutions and processes
  • Promote collaboration between business teams and technical resources to ensure successful outcomes

• Project & Process Improvement Support

  • Manage medium to large-sized projects through planning, coordination, and execution activities
  • Participate in larger cross-functional technology initiatives utilizing established project methodologies
  • Lead project planning, requirements tracking, testing coordination, and implementation activities
  • Prioritize work based on business needs, operational impact, and organizational priorities
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, information technology, systems support, or a related field
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience supporting business applications, technology solutions, or operational processes
• Experience with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
• Experience incorporating AI technologies into daily work practices to increase operational efficiency, strengthen communication, accelerate data analysis, and improve work quality through the effective use of Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Copilot)
• Proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and develop actionable recommendations
• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within a healthcare, managed services, or enterprise technology environment
• Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements
• Experience with project management methodologies, Agile practices, or related delivery frameworks
• Experience creating workflow diagrams, process maps, and business documentation
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Proven exposure to reporting, business intelligence, automation, or data analysis tools
