Job summary

AboitizPower in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Business Process Specialist to govern and improve process frameworks through data analysis and coordination with Distribution Utilities. You will help develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

This role leads internal audits, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with teams to deliver results and create positive community impact in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or any business process-related course.
• Handled at least 1 major project, preferably
• At least 1-2 years’ experience
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is an advantage
• Certification on ISO Internal Auditor's Training Course is an advantage
• Preferably experienced in supporting innovation projects and change management
• Preferably with Lean and Six Sigma Certification but not required

AsBusiness Process Specialist, you will provide governance and support in implementing and improving business process frameworks through data analysis and coordination with Distribution Utilities. Leads the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Oversees integration of quality, safety, environmental, and asset management standards across operations. Acts as Audit Team Leader, driving internal audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiativesand contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.
