Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to identify and automate manual processes, analyze business workflows, and present findings to project leaders.

The role involves ensuring changes align with resource management guidelines, monitoring stakeholder compliance, and coordinating with teams on tool-related updates. Strong Excel and Power BI skills with familiarity in Power Query/Power Automate are preferred.

• Works closely with stakeholders across Business Operations to identify, analyze and automate predominantly manual processes to improve productivitY
• Assist in preparing and conducting business process analysis, documents and presents analysis and modeling results to Project lead and stakeholders to ensure processes and tools logic are still relevant to the business.
• Help in assessing impact of any changes in the tools supported and to ensure they align with the Resource and Demand Management processes and guidelines.
• Help in monitoring compliance of all stakeholders on defined resource management processes and guidelines
• Assist tools lead in coordinating with other stakeholders in relation to tools supported and infrastructure changes that would impact Business Operation's core operations - Provides support to tool issues

Educational Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or relevant business experience
• IT-related fresh graduates with Latin honors are welcome to apply.

Skills And Work Experience

• With 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel (Proficiency Level 3), including knowledge of formulas such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• With 1-2 years of experience in reporting using Power BI and/or automation using Power Query and Power Automate (Programming Proficiency Level 2).
• With 1-2 years of experience in Business Operations Management (Proficiency Level 1).
