Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Business Transformation Sr. Specialist to analyze data and support operational health, workforce management, and decision-making. You'll develop reporting tools, ensure governance, and drive process improvements across reporting, staffing, and automation.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards with Power BI and Excel, validating data from multiple sources, forecasting staffing, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in process improvement, service management, or related roles.
• Experience in business reporting, workforce management, and automation.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other reporting platforms
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Monitor KPIs, trends, variances, and operational metrics to support business decision-making
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports and manage reporting calendars or submission timelines

• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and improve report usability, relevance, and effectiveness

Description

The Business Transformation Sr. Specialist role is responsible for analyzing and presenting data to support operational health, workforce management, business decisions, ensuring process control and governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves developing reporting tools, maintaining compliance with operational standards, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Reporting & Insights

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other reporting platforms

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience in business reporting, workforce management, process automation, and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in reporting and productivity tools such as Excel, Power BI (PBI), Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience: 3+ years in process improvement or service management
• Knowledge/Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow or higher), Agile, PMP, or equivalent certifications is a plus

Skills

• Knowledge and experience in automations and reporting tools, including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI (PBI), Minibots, and related platforms
• Proficiency in process improvement tools, Business Transformation platforms, and data analytics software.
