Job summary

MoneeInsure Philippines is seeking a proactive operations professional to manage finance reconciliations for insurance transactions, resolve discrepancies with external partners, and serve as the go-to person for operational issues and policy processing concerns.

You will coordinate with Product Managers and Tech teams to drive escalations, lead project execution from initiation to closure, support marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate (Business, Management or related field preferred)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing or sales operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Reconciliation: Conduct financial reconciliations for insurance transactions with external partners (e.g., Shopee), including investigation and resolution of discrepancies, refund cases and operational gaps.
• Project & Product Support: Lead and support project execution from initiation to closure, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation; support product growth initiatives and operational improvements; develop understanding of products to support escalation handling and issue resolution.
• Marketing & Campaign Execution: Coordinate with Marketing team and designers for asset preparation and campaign setup; ensure proper alignment of campaigns with business objectives; conduct market and competitor research to support business and product decisions; provide insights to support strategic planning and improvements.
• Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with terms and conditions; liaise with external partners to resolve discrepancies and operational concerns.

Conduct financial reconciliations for insurance transactions with external partners (e.g., Shopee), including investigation and resolution of discrepancies, refund cases and operational gaps.
