Job summary

Satellite Office in Metro Manila is seeking a BI Analyst/Developer to join our IT & Digital team, transforming data from across the firm into clear, reliable reporting that supports decision-making. You will work with the Senior BI Analyst and stakeholders to build high-quality reports and dashboards.

This full-time role requires strong SQL, experience with Power BI and SAP-aligned tools, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL capability for data querying and extraction.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft and SAP-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, S/4HANA, MS Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Clear, confident communication with senior or non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of data privacy and appropriate handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Extract, model and analyse data from multiple internal systems to support business reporting needs
• Design, build and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards and visualisations using Microsoft and SAP-based tools
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to clarify reporting requirements and translate them into practical outputs
• Support delivery of key reporting initiatives and recurring reports
• Maintain clear documentation of data models, reporting logic, SQL queries and dashboard versions to support continuity and auditability
• Apply appropriate judgement when working with sensitive data

The Opportunity

The organization is seeking a BI Analyst/Developer to join our IT & Digital team, working closely with our existing reporting capability to uplift insight, consistency and delivery capacity.

Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, this role focuses on transforming data from across the firm into clear, reliable reporting that supports operational and strategic decision-making. You will work directly with the Senior BI Analyst and business stakeholders to understand what they need, build and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards, and ensure reporting assets are well-governed and sustainable.

This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys applied analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and working within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will bring:

• Strong SQL capability for data querying and extraction
• Proven experience developing high-quality reports and dashboards in Microsoft and SAP-based environments
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, DAX, S/4HANA, MS Fabric and Azure Data Factory
• Clear, confident communication skills, particularly when working with senior or non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• An understanding of data privacy, confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and get involved

Desirable:

• Experience in a professional services firm
