Job summary

AMG Collections Services Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to drive reporting, data analysis, and automation across our debt collection operations.

You will work with SQL, Power BI dashboards, CRM and dialer data, and contribute to automation initiatives including AI-related reporting and data quality checks in a fast-paced BPO/fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Good understanding of BI reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data quality checks, and reporting logic.
• Ability to investigate data issues and reconcile numbers between systems.
• Ability to work with business users and translate requirements into reports or data tasks.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Build, support, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Write and maintain SQL queries, preferably using PostgreSQL
• Prepare regular reports and ad hoc analysis for operations and management
• Investigate data issues and reconcile numbers between CRM, dialer, payment, and reporting systems
• Work with CRM, dialer, and operational data
• Support report changes, new reporting requirements, and dashboard improvements
• Help automate manual reporting tasks and recurring data processes
• Support ETL processes, data quality checks, and reporting logic
• Work closely with CRM programming and development teams to improve reporting from CRM
• Support reporting for SMS, email, digital collections, and AI assistant robot initiatives
• Help business users understand reports, data issues, and performance trends

About the role:

AMG is hiring a Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, CRM reporting, and business automation across our digital-focused debt collection agency.

This role is suited to someone who is strong in SQL, understands operational reporting, and can work with business users to turn requirements into clear reports, dashboards, and data tasks.

You will work with CRM data, dialer data, collection activity, payment results, SMS, email, and digital collections reporting.

You will also support reporting automation, data quality checks, and future automation initiatives linked to AI assistant robots and agentic AI application models.

This is a hands-on data role in a fast-moving BPO, fintech, and collections environment.

What Will You Do
