Job summary

Talkpush is seeking two Operations Analysts to support BI dashboards and internal reporting, focusing on BO, SQL, Power BI, and Squirrel. You will handle day-to-day operational support, troubleshoot data-related issues, and collaborate with data and product teams to document recurring problems and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in applicable related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar Analyst or BI Support role
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dive deep into data and technical issues
• Clear communication skills – both written and verbal – to handle business stakeholder interactions
• Attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
• Exposure to Squirrel or willingness to learn it
• Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development/support environment

Responsibilities

• Manage user questions, service requests, and small enhancement requests related to reporting tools and data products.
• Monitor performance and data integrity across systems; proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Learn and eventually contribute to building new analytics applications and reporting products.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL Server, Microsoft Access, IBM DB2, Google Big Query or similar
• Experience with Business Intelligence software such as: Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar is a plus
