Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned business-related courses.
• Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and conduct practical learning activities; evaluate and document student performance and learning outcomes.
• Advise and mentor students regarding academic and career development.
• Incorporate current business practices, trends, and industry examples into instruction.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic program activities.
• Conduct or participate in research and community extension activities.
• Attend faculty meetings, training programs, seminars, and institutional activities.
• Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred
