Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a results-driven Business Development Supervisor to accelerate growth of condiments and sauces in Metro Manila. You will lead customer acquisition, nurture key accounts, and support private label initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA, Production, and Procurement to drive launches, negotiate deals, and expand channels across retail, food service, and institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years in business development, sales, marketing, trade marketing, account management, food technology, product development, or related functions.
• FMCG/food industry experience preferred.
• Strong business development and customer acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and develop new customers and opportunities for condiments and sauces.
• Grow existing accounts and ensure ongoing business development.
• Support Sales in prospecting, proposals, and negotiations.
• Drive opportunities in private label, toll manufacturing, institutional, food service, and retail channels.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, Production, Procurement on feasibility, costs, capacity, lead times, and customer requirements.
• Manage new product development from inquiry through commercial launch.
• Support strategic business initiatives and special projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, BUs, and Merchandising on promotions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, packaging developments, and consumer preferences.
• Maintain a robust customer acquisition and business development pipeline.
