Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager - Site Selection to drive expansion nationwide. In this full-time role, you will identify prime markets, assess sites, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to secure new locations aligned with growth strategy.

You will perform market research, negotiate leases or purchases, and present findings to senior leadership, ensuring feasibility and timely approvals across real estate, operations, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, site selection, or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record identifying, acquiring, and operationalizing new locations.
• In-depth understanding of local real estate market, zoning laws, and leasing practices.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with ability to evaluate financial data and secure favorable terms.
• Strong project management to coordinate end-to-end site selection and acquisition.
• Familiarity with retail or hospitality industry is a plus.
