Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing or Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Product Management or Electrical Services.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, prepare cost estimates and rate proposals, and oversee project execution to ensure successful delivery.
• Know Pi Energy's products and services to craft customer offers from technical proposals.
• Track leads, proposals, and project execution to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Coordinate with internal service providers for project requirements (Design, Costing, Contract).
• Prepare management reports on progress of accounts and projects, including key accounts and special projects.
• Develop strategies to improve product marketability and positioning against competitors.
• Analyze customer pain-points and provide tailored solutions, enabling cross-selling and long-term loyalty.

Job Description:

The Business Development Officer – Power Infrastructure and Electrical Services shall be responsible for developing and growing Pi Energy's Power Infrastructure and Electrical Services business by managing all commercial and operational aspects of assigned projects. This includes overseeing project scoping, cost estimation, pricing, contract management, billing, coordination with accounting, and overall project execution. The role is also responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects while providing technical and commercial expertise to support business development, client engagement, and project implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and technical support to the Business Development Team by defining project scope, preparing cost estimates and rate proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project execution to ensure successful delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Pi Energy's products and services to be able to make offers to customers based on proposals provided by the Technical Services Group
• Collaborate to track leads, submitted proposals, and project executions to ensure seamless customer experience/journey
• Manage and collaborate with internal service providers on the requirements to submit for each project such as Design, Project Costing/Proposal, Contract, etc.
• Prepare and provide reports to management relating to the progress of each account/project including key accounts and special projects
• Develop key strategies and improvements on product marketability including how to position the products versus competition
• Understand customer pain-points and provide tailor-fit solutions by having comprehensive knowledge of all company and affiliate products, enabling effective cross-selling and driving long-term customer stickiness.

Minimum Requirements
