Job summary

Prime Philippines is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philippines to identify and secure new property listings and client partnerships. This high-impact sales role involves prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing agreements with landowners and corporate clients.

The candidate will lead the full sales cycle, build trust-based relationships, and collaborate with the Brokerage team to drive growth, with opportunities for overseas travel and leadership development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or leasing within/commercial real estate.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with ability to structure complex transactions.
Strong networking and relationship-building with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and field visits to identify and secure new properties for the company to market and sell.
Prospect and engage with landowners and tenants nationwide through networking, cold calling, advertising, and site scouting.
Lead full sales cycle—from initial contact to negotiation and closing—ensuring signed deals.
Build and nurture relationships with clients and property owners to support repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with Brokerage team to implement growth strategies and hit business development goals.
