JOB MISSION
The Ecosystem & PartnershipsDeveloper will play a key role in expanding Bridge’s presence and impact in the region by strengthening strategic relationships with ESOs (Entrepreneurial Support Organizations), corporates, public institutions, and brand partners. This person will act as a representative of Bridge at events, organize workshops and networking activities, and serve as the main channel of communication for the local ecosystem, creating opportunities for branding, post-program partnerships, and sales.
We are looking for someone highly proactive and results-driven — a doer who not only represents Bridge, but also activates opportunities, follows through with discipline, and delivers measurable outcomes. You will prospect, manage a healthy sales pipeline, build strategic partnerships, attend key ecosystem events, and ensure that Mexico becomes one of the strongest and most dynamic markets.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving Bridge's growth by turning ecosystem energy into concrete partnerships. You will manage and grow the pipeline for your assigned sub-region in LATAM, taking full ownership of outreach, proposals, and negotiations — in collaboration with the Regional Business Development Director (BDD), while co-owning the revenue target of your assigned sub-region.
This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role for someone who combines strategic network, social purpose, and commercial discipline. You will open and develop strategic relationships with funders, foundations, corporate foundations, multilaterals, development agencies, governments, and ecosystem actors — and convert those relationships into concrete opportunities: meetings, proposals, partnerships, funded programs, and pipeline growth.
While the BDD will provide guidance and strategic alignment, you are expected to operate with autonomy, initiative, and accountability, representing Bridge at the highest level and moving opportunities forward independently.

- Genuine Social Purpose: Motivated by social impact, inclusive entrepreneurship, and ecosystem transformation. Practical about the fact that impact requires funding, structure, sales, budgets, and execution.
- Consultative Sales: Ability to listen, diagnose needs, ask the right questions, and build proposals from partner priorities. Comfortable talking about both impact and budget, timing, decision‑making, procurement, scope, deliverables, and next steps.
- Real Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the impact entrepreneurship ecosystem and its funders — foundations, corporate foundations, multilaterals, development agencies, governments, companies, ESOs, accelerators, universities, business chambers, entrepreneurship networks, and social innovation actors.
- Commercial Discipline: Organized, consistent, and reliable. Clear habits of follow‑up, pipeline management, meeting preparation, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Institutional Representation: Able to represent Bridge with credibility, clarity, and warmth. Can explain what Bridge does, why it matters, how it creates impact, and what kind of partnerships it can build.
