Responsibilities

The role of the jobholder is to be the project manager of identified product development or enhancement initiatives. The projects are to be maintained and monitored by the jobholder until it is turned over to the designated unit of Metrobank. The jobholder should identify revenue or business growth opportunities, liaise with the corresponding departments or third parties, work with different business units in Metrobank who shall undertake the initiative and monitoring the results and addressing areas for concern.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a college/university. Some units in MBA or a masteral degree program an advantage.


• With at least 5 years working experience in the Credit Card Industry or related industry.


• With 3 year minimum experience in Project Management.


• PC skills required: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
