East West Banking Corporation's Operations team in Ortigas is seeking an experienced Business Continuity Officer. You will support the Bank's Business Continuity Management program by developing, implementing, and strengthening strategies to ensure resilience and timely recovery from disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 2 years in operations, technology, or business continuity within financial services.
• Knowledge of BCM, disaster recovery, crisis management, and resilience best practices.
• Experience developing or supporting disruption response processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and consolidate risk assessments and business impact analyses.
• Facilitate continuity training and refreshers to strengthen preparedness.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute tests, drills, and recovery activities.
• Maintain documentation from critical external providers, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Assist in execution of recovery plans during disruptions to restore operations.
• Support updates to policies, methodologies, recovery strategies, and budgets for BCM.
• Collaborate with business units and IT to ensure timely requirements and governance.
