Job summary

iQor in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Continuity Coordinator to safeguard operations by integrating risk management with comprehensive continuity plans across departments. You will design, implement, and monitor strategies, lead staff trainings, test plans, and ensure data backup and recovery with IT partners, aligned to regulatory and client requirements.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will maintain critical function databases and report on continuity exercises

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CBCP certification within 1 year from hire.
• Familiarity with BPO organizations and/or PMO type activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client contractual requirements and industry best practices
• Facilitate communication during business disruptions and emergencies
• Lead the response and recovery efforts during actual incidents
