Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analytics and BI Developer to design and maintain reports and dashboards for a major Financial Service Account. You will refresh data, optimize SQL queries, and support ETL components under senior guidance.

The role requires 2–4 years in BI or data analytics, with hands-on Tableau/Power BI skills and strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in BI, data analytics, or related technical roles.
• Hands‑on experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.

Business Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer

This position is dedicated to a Work Dynamics major Financial Service Account. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining reports, visualization dashboards, and routine data refreshes that enable client and JLL stakeholders to monitor performance and make strategic decisions. The position reports directly and works under the guidance of the Senior Business Analytics and BI Manager.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools to reflect key performance metrics

Perform scheduled dashboard and report data refreshes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

Write and troubleshoot standard SQL queries in MS SQL Server to extract and update data as needed

Support existing data models and ETL processes under the direction of senior team members

Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and refresh schedules

Perform basic data validation checks to confirm accuracy of refreshed data

Demonstrate completed dashboards and reports to internal team members and client stakeholders

Prepare clear, concise documentation for end users, including how-to guides and dashboard descriptions

Assist Senior BI Manager with gathering business requirements

Liaise with on-account BI, Reporting, and Data Management team members across NAMR and EMEA regions to ensure consistency and leverage existing solutions

About you

2 to 4 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related technical roles

Hands‑on experience developing complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI

Experience working with MS SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning

Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical BI solutions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

Self‑motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
