DysrupIT Pty in the Philippines is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Business Analyst focused on proposal writing. You will turn client needs and solution ideas into clear, persuasive proposal decks that help us win new work.

Beyond proposals, you will support a range of activities, including business development, marketing, research and writing LinkedIn posts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Early-career experience in business analysis, proposal writing, consulting, business development or marketing.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to build clean, well-structured slides.
• Excellent written English and ability to write clear, persuasive business content.
• Strong research skills and ability to turn information into useful insights.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple streams and deadlines.
• Proactive and curious with writing and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working remotely during Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Write and design PowerPoint-based proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
• Collaborate with consultants and leadership to turn client needs into persuasive content.
• Structure proposals around a strong storyline including challenges, approach, timelines, team and commercials.
• Proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency and branding, meeting deadlines.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case studies and templates.
• Identify and research potential leads, target accounts and decision-makers.
• Keep lead lists and pipeline trackers accurate and up to date.
• Research clients, industries and competitors to inform proposals and outreach.
• Draft outreach emails and other business development materials.
• Write engaging LinkedIn posts for the company page and leadership team.
• Support marketing tasks such as case studies and website content.
• Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Proposal writing (primary focus)

• Write and design PowerPoint-based proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
• Work with consultants and leadership to turn client needs and solution ideas into persuasive content.
