This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product, Technology, Software Delivery, or a similar environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You don't need to know everything already. What matters most is that you have a good foundation in requirements analysis and Agile ways of working, communicate confidently in English, and are someone who learns quickly and takes ownership.
You’ll work closely with a US-based manufacturing client and our technology team in Manila, helping turn business problems into clear requirements and practical technology solutions.
You’ll gain exposure to software, data, automation, AI, and real-world business processes, with the opportunity to grow into a Product Owner role as your skills and experience develop.
Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other technology team members.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and stand‑ups.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
Help test and validate new functionality to ensure it meets business requirements.
Identify gaps, edge cases, and potential issues before they reach production.
Support the investigation of bugs and operational issues when required.
Document requirements and processes clearly and practically.
Develop a strong understanding of the client's manufacturing operations, systems, and processes.
Explore how technology, automation, data, and AI can solve business problems.
Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and proactively suggest better ways of doing things.
We're not looking for someone who already has all the answers. We're looking for someone with strong potential and the drive to grow.
Around 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product, Technology, Software Delivery, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development processes.
Experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
Some experience writing user stories, requirements, or acceptance criteria.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
The ability to understand new systems and processes quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
Confidence communicating with different stakeholders.
A proactive, hands‑on approach to work.
Genuine curiosity about technology and how things can be improved.
Learn quickly and enjoy being challenged.
Ask questions rather than making assumptions.
Can take a problem and figure out what needs to happen next.
Are comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Don’t need to be told what to do at every step.
Enjoy solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.
Are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Want to take on more responsibility as you develop.
Are interested in technology, automation, AI, and how businesses can work smarter.
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage, but is not required:
SaaS or technology companies
Startups or fast‑paced environments
Manufacturing or engineering
Product development
Data or automation projects
AI‑related initiatives
Competitive compensation and benefits
Opportunity for rapid career progression based on performance
A clear path toward a Product Owner role
Direct exposure to a US‑based client
Hands‑on experience across software, data, automation, and AI
Opportunity to work closely with experienced technology professionals
Modern office environment in BGC
Team socials, dinners, and company events
A collaborative and less bureaucratic working environment
Significant responsibility and learning opportunities early in your career
This is a role for someone who wants to learn by doing.
You won't be limited to a narrow job description or spend your time creating documentation that never gets used. You'll be involved in understanding real business problems, working with technical teams, helping shape solutions, and seeing those solutions come to life.
If you're early in your career but ambitious, articulate, curious, and ready to learn quickly, this is an opportunity to build experience well beyond what you might typically get in a junior role.
If you're looking for a place where you can grow quickly and take on more responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
