Job summary

We Support Incorporated is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and QA Analyst in the Philippines to contribute to data analytics projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing, and applying QA practices across software and AI-enabled processes. AI, ML, and knowledge management certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, CS, IT or related field.
• 5+ years as Business Analyst and QA Analyst in banking/financial services or data analytics projects.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing and QA tools and software.
• Knowledge of chatbot technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with Knowledge Management concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality results.
• Certifications in AI/ML, data management, or knowledge management are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field

• At least 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services sector, and data analytics projects

• Proficiency in business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing and quality assurance tools and software, and resourceful to use other MS Office tools

• Knowledge of chatbot technologies and Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience with Knowledge Management concepts and practices

• Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

• Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, data management, or knowledge management is a plus
