Responsibilities

• Determines and applies appropriate methodologies for analyzing standard issues
• Supports project plans and resources to ensure right placement of resources
• Performs pre and post implementation cost/benefit analyses
• Updates process documentation and completes post deployment analysis
• Provides status reports highlighting risks and issues
• Assists in cross-functional prioritization and escalation
• Documents business requirements and participates in BRD development
• Coordinates with stakeholders and the development team on solutions
• Supports testing planning and execution
