Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Business Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis to provide strategic financial support to marketing and finance stakeholders. You will forecast, budget, model, and report KPIs to drive business performance and improve efficiency.

You will build and maintain BI dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, partner with AV C SP and CW SP teams, and help develop pay plans aligned with corporate targets while ensuring data integrity and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance degree required; CPA/CA preferred.
• Strong analytical and modeling abilities with advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus, especially in cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial modeling and analytical support to AVC SP and CWSP marketing teams.
• Drive weekly and monthly marketing forecasts and budgeting processes.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team!

This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance and analytical support to marketing and finance stakeholders, with a focus on CWSP and AVC SP operations. The Business Analyst will actively drive forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and financial modeling to enhance business performance. By leveraging data insights and innovative solutions, this position plays a critical role in shaping pay plans, supporting decision‑making, and improving operational efficiency.

How You’ll Shine

1. Strategic Guidance & Analysis

• Provide financial modeling and analytical support to AVC SP and CWSP marketing teams.
• Deliver strategic insights to drive business performance and accountability.
• Support the development of effective pay plans aligned with corporate targets.

2. Forecasting & Budgeting

• Actively drive weekly and monthly marketing forecasts.
• Assist with the annual budget process and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Prepare and review journals, accruals, and month‑end financial reports.

3. KPI Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Provide effective KPI reporting to stakeholders through dashboards and month‑end reports.
• Assist with the creation and management of BI dashboards (Tableau, Excel).
• Review and improve information flows, ensuring data integrity and business relevance.

4. Process Improvement & Innovation

• Work with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Suggest new ways of reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
• Participate in project work and feasibility studies.

5. Compliance & Engagement

• Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and procedures.
• Display Hospitality with HEART service to all stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

• Accounting or Finance degree, ideally with CPA/CA or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Science, or Management Accounting/Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) highly desirable.
