Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Business Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. You will provide strategic guidance and analytical support to marketing and finance stakeholders, focusing on CWSP and AVC SP operations.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and financial modeling to enhance business performance. This role offers exposure to data-driven decision making and operational efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA/CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 3+ years in business analysis, data science, or finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and financial modeling support.
• Drive weekly and monthly marketing forecasts and assist with annual budgeting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and BI reports to improve decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and effective information flows across stakeholders.
• Support pay-plan development and process improvements.
