Job summary

Indra Group in the Philippines seeks a mid-level Business Analyst specializing in Finance processes to support SAP-enabled finance operations.

You will analyze business requirements, manage data governance, and coordinate across SAP FICO, SD, TRM, FI-BL, and related modules to optimize financial workflows. You will work with stakeholders in the electric distribution sector, translate business needs into functional specifications, and assist with user training and testing documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of work experience in the electric distribution industry with finance process knowledge.
• Background in Finance and SAP modules such as FICO, SD, TRM and related components.
• Graduate with a 4- or 5-year degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/IT or Management.
• Experience in master data management and data governance.
• Proficient in business analysis including requirements management and user training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specs for SAP environments.
• Support finance operations and optimize SAP Finance-related workflows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and assist with testing documentation and user training.
• Document processes and contribute to data governance initiatives.

Job Description:

Business Analysis - mid-level BA, background in Finance preferred

3-6 years of work experience in the electric distribution industry, with in-depth understanding of Finance processes, various SAP modules and components (such as SAP FICO, SAP SD, FI-BL, SAP TRM), BIR Regulations, Updates and Implementation, Customer Management System and Data Governance.

Graduate of 4-year or 5-year degree courses in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Information Technology or Management

More than 3 years relevant knowledge and experience in business analysis including business process analysis and management, requirements management, user training, and data management.

More than 3 years relevant knowledge and experience in master data management.
