Job summary

Exist Software Labs, Inc. in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive card management initiatives, define requirements, and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze processes, and document user stories while addressing production incidents and UAT activities.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and a solid background in card management systems within banking or financial services environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Card Management System as a BA.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Business Process Understanding and Analysis and Propose solution.
• Strong written, verbal and collaborative skills.
• Experience in Card Management System.
• Knowledgeable in daily operations and accounting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor key project scope, tasks, documentation, timeline and issues in coordination with the entire project team to ensure completion/resolution.
• Understand business needs and objectives.
• Create clear, concise documentation on processes, user stories and requirement specifications.
• Manage the team to fulfill requests and resolve defects or production incidents.
• Assess and validate system issues via first-level isolation and resolution.
• Coordinate and monitor production incidents by documenting and escalating to the appropriate party to ensure resolution.

Job description

• To facilitate and monitor key project scope, tasks, documentation, timeline and issues in coordination entire project team, to ensure its completion and/or resolution
• Understanding business needs and objectives
• Creating clear and concise documentation on processes, user stories, requirement specification
• Manage the team to ensure fulfillment of requests and resolution of defect &/or production incidents through the following
• Assesses and validates system related issues through first level isolation and resolution
• Coordinates and monitors production incidents related by properly documenting and escalating reported incidents to appropriate party to ensure resolution and completion of assigned deliverable.
• Coordinates with technical team on the development/enhancement of assigned application systems to ensure accuracy of programming based on approved user requirements.
• Leads UAT and integration activities and coordinates testing with the system users to ensure implementation within target date.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Credit Card Management System as a BA
• With at least 5 years related work experience
