Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with solid experience in the banking industry to join our Ayala, Makati City team. The role focuses on understanding requirements, improving processes, and supporting IT solutions delivery.

You will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate UAT and implementation activities. A day shift, onsite work, and 3+ years of BA experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Banking industry experience is required.
• Strong business and requirements analysis skills.
• Experience in UAT and process documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work full onsite in Ayala, Makati City.
• Willing to work on a day shift.
