Job summary

Xurpas, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze existing code and documentation, and compile them into a System Requirement Specification (SRS).

You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, design and write Test Suites, and support SIT and UAT to validate system functionality. You will also document SIT results, log defects, coordinate between clients and developers, and present findings in a clear, structured manner.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in creating SRS and Test Suites at least 3 years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to analyze system behavior and document it in a structured format.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Basic understanding of Java is a plus, helpful for analyzing system logic and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively support SIT and UAT.
