Job summary

Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to bridge the Project Manager with project owners across Operations, QA, Warehousing & Logistics, Finance, HR and IT. You will track action items, monitor deliverables and define KPIs to drive measurable project success.

You will maintain the Projects Central Monitoring, support workshops, and assist with process standardization and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Odoo enhancements, dashboards).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, BA or equivalent related.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis and project coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food industry and exposure to a transformation environment is preferred.
• Expertise in process mapping and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and regulatory/compliance standards in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, BI tools, PowerPoint, and JIRA; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site full time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between the Project Manager and project owners/leads, tracking action items, following up on deliverables and due dates, and benchmarking industry best practices to improve project design and helping stakeholders to define measurable success criteria and KPIs for every project.
• Maintain the Projects Central Monitoring, updating project status, milestones, CAPEX estimates, benefits, and remarks across all tiers and ensuring data integrity for portfolio governance.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from project owners and leads across multiple sites (e.g., Operations, QA, Warehousing & Logistics, Finance, HR, IT)
• Support in workshops, interviews or discovery sessions to uncover system gaps or operational constraints.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure alignment in drafting functional specifications and creating internal efficiency models that increase output without increasing headcount.
• Support in building dashboards and status reports that consolidate portfolio performance, KPIs, and operational scorecards for management review.
• Support process standardization and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Odoo enhancements, dashboards, etc.) documenting as-is/to-be processes and assisting with UAT and CRP.
