Job summary

Logitech is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst to support the Americas Sales and Marketing teams by owning offer creation in Oracle OCRM and ensuring complete, accurate offers. You will partner with Finance on accrual analysis for correct revenue recognition and customer claim processing.

The role emphasizes process ownership, controls, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a hybrid work model allowing remote work across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field requiring quantitative and analytical strength – e.g. economics, finance, accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in analyzing/reconciling data.
• Financial system experience is a strong plus (e.g. Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on offers to be extended to customers and create/adjust offers in Oracle OCRM accordingly.
• Reconcile and adjust to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure offer setup, timing, reconciliations, accuracy, and completeness meet stakeholder needs.
• Own the offer creation process; work to improve efficiency of both communication and offer creation.
• Own compliance and controls of offer creation process; including assistance of audits.
• Assist in offers reporting, analysis and spend forecasting against operational metrics for the sales organization.
• Conduct training to sales and marketing teams on offers-related procedures and compliance requirements.
• Support quarter-end reporting and close processes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet, with experience in analyzing/reconciling data (e.g. experience with pivot tables, lookup formulas, reconciling large data sets; familiarity with Excel keyboard and shortcut keys)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well with a diverse and dispersed group of stakeholders
• Attention to detail
