Job summary

Teradyne is seeking an Application System Analyst/Programmer in the Philippines. You will design, build and maintain product configuration solutions using Logik.ai, working with business users and IT teams to translate requirements into working configurators.

You will troubleshoot production issues, document procedures, and seek improvements through AI and automation capabilities while staying current with platform updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• Experience configuring or developing on Logik.ai or Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools/technologies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with multiple challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; collaborative mindset.

• The IT Test Strategic Solutions group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Application System Analyst/Programmer to join as a Configurator Developer, reporting directly to the IT Test Strategic Solutions Manager. In this role, you will design, build and support product configuration solutions using Logik.ai.
• Design, develop, configure and maintain product configuration solutions using Logik.ai.
• Partner with business users, architects and other IT professionals to gather and translate requirements into functional configurator solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective, consistent communication with the team, peers, leadership and other IT groups.
• Proactively raise issues to Technical and Group Leads when necessary.
• Write quality technical documentation describing solution design, resolution actions and best practices.
• Document operational procedures and perform production turnovers.
• Recommend products, innovations and process improvements to enhance the quality of configurator solutions and service delivery.
• Explore and apply AI and automation capabilities to improve configurator functionality and development efficiency.
• Stay current with Logik.ai platform updates and configurator/CPQ industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in technical field and/or equivalent work experience.
• Experience developing or configuring solutions on Logik.ai or Salesforce CPQ is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
