Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Business Process Analysis & Documentation; Functional Solution Support, Stakeholder Collaboration
- Proactively supports the activities related to the development and enhancement of Balanghai.
- Collaborates with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
- Analyzes existing business processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Creates and maintains business analysis deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specification (FRS), process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and other related documents.
- Works closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Testers, and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into functional solutions.
- Assists in defining functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Facilitates requirement gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to identify business objectives and operational needs.
- Performs impact analysis for new requirements, enhancements, and change requests by identifying business and system implications.
- Ensures implemented solutions align with approved business requirements and functional specifications.
- Assists during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting test results.
- Maintains complete, accurate, and updated business analysis documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifies, escalates, and communicates business risks, issues, requirement gaps, and dependencies that may affect project delivery.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering
- At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or a similar role supporting software development or business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, QA Testers, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication, planning, organizational, customer service, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in interviewing facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good understanding of business process modeling and requirements documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise functional requirements.
