Job summary

Adani Ports and SEZ Mundra is seeking an Operations Assistant to manage bunker supply chain tasks. You will handle SAP entries, coordinate with shipping agents and port authorities, and support field operations involving barges, pipelines, and tank trucks.

Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and help resolve operational issues to deliver high standards of service. The role requires 2–3 years of bunker operations experience, with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or Diploma in engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in bunker trading/operations, marine fuel sales, or shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP entries related to bunker supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with shipping agencies, port authorities, surveyors, and cross-functional teams for daily bunker operations.
• Handle day-to-day field operations with barges, pipelines, and tank truck movements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DG Shipping guidelines, and international bunkering standards.
• Maintain operational databases, records, and MIS reports.
• Data entry and transaction updates in the IRM digital portal.
• Support planning and execution activities across the bunker supply chain.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless bunker deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules, vessel movements, and operational activities.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining high service standards.
